Lake City Vibe Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Lake City Vibe app and its services. The app is operated by [legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Lake City Vibe
You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the app. When you create an account, the app asks for your birth month and year: if you're under 18 it doesn't create the account, nothing about your birth date is stored, and you can try again later.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time; see Keeping and deleting your data for what that removes.
Playing safely
Lake City Vibe sends you to real places. Stay aware of your surroundings, follow local laws and posted rules, respect private property and opening hours, and don't use the app while driving. Don't go anywhere that is unsafe or where you aren't allowed. You play at your own risk.
Coins, rewards and promotions
Coins and in-app rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be exchanged for money. Promotions and offers come from participating local businesses, are subject to their own conditions and availability, and may change or end at any time. We may correct balances that result from errors or misuse. Deleting your account ends your coins and rewards; they can't be recovered. Acceptable use
Don't cheat or spoof your location, use bots or automation, interfere with the service or other players, misuse invites (for example, by inviting accounts you created yourself), or use the app to break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Our content
The app, its AR content, artwork and branding belong to us or our partners. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
Changes and availability
We may update the app, change or remove features, or change these terms. When the terms change, we update the version above, and the app asks you to accept the new version. The service may sometimes be unavailable.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or loss that results from where you go or what you do while playing.
